I requested the information, under the Freedom of Information Act, on 17th December 2020.  The date on the letter is 11th January 2021.  I received the email, below, on 11th February 2021

In the first one they were asked for 2 lots of numbers, 1) where Covid had been included alongside other, pre-existing, conditions and  2) Where people had died  directly from Covid, by itself. The only way that it can be identified and proven to exist is through a post mortem/autopsy.  A PCR test does not prove any disease is present (as explained by the inventor Kary Mullis) Click here to see him explain.
