The Indian variant travels 4,500 miles and is only a problem for the UK.
So, how did it get here?
Brought in by people traveling from India?
On an aeroplane?
Which person(s) brought it in?
Which airport did it come in via? But aren't people tested when they come in from India? Aren't they quarantined?
Surely they can trace it?

How can this be directly attributed to India? - The scientists must have an isolated Indian strain to compare with the original strain. But governments and labs have admitted that the original strain has never been isolated. Apparently, there is a reward of $1.2 million for proof of isolation. Not been claimed.

Why weren't all planes from India stopped from coming in as soon as this variant was discovered to be so dangerous in India?
